Do not sell or share my personal information.

We don't sell it. We don't share it for ads. If a service shop used Driive or Dot to handle your call, text, or booking, this page tells you what we have, what you can ask us to do with it, and gets you a receipt.

Current status

Driive has never sold personal information.

We also don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the equivalent laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana.

What you can ask us to do

  • Know what we have.A portable copy of the personal data we hold about you — calls, texts, appointment records, transcripts.
  • Delete it.Permanent erasure within 30 days from production, 90 from backups. We'll confirm in writing when it's done.
  • Correct it.Got a phone number wrong? Address outdated? We'll fix it and push the correction to the shop's records.
  • Opt out of sale or share.Nothing changes on our end — we already don't do either — but we'll log the opt-out for your record.
  • Limit the use of sensitive info.Where a call transcript contains sensitive categories, we'll restrict its use to what's strictly required to deliver the service.
  • Opt out of AI training.Already the default — Driive never uses end-customer data to train foundation models. This just confirms it for your file.

By submitting, you confirm the info above is accurate and that you are the person whose data is being requested — or their authorized agent. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

Authorized agents

Want someone else to make the request for you? That's fine. Include a signed Letter of Authorization and a copy of their ID. We'll verify with you directly before we act — no exceptions.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends the GPC signal, we treat it as a standing opt-out of sale and share for that session and for any logged-in account on the same browser. No form needed — but submitting one gets you a receipt on file.

If you're a shop owner
